Maesa promoted Dana Steinfeld to Chief Blue Sky & Innovation Officer, recognizing her longstanding impact on the company’s innovation engine and brand-building strategy.
In her expanded role, Steinfeld will lead Maesa’s Blue Sky organization and oversee product development across the company’s portfolio. She will report directly to the CEO, Piyush Jain.
She will be responsible for shaping Maesa’s long-term innovation agenda, incubating new brands, and bringing consumer-first products to market across categories and channels.
Piyush Jain, Chief Executive Officer, commented,

Known for her deep expertise in fragrance and her people-first leadership style, Steinfeld has been instrumental in fostering Maesa’s culture of creativity and experimentation.
In her new role, she will continue to push the boundaries of innovation while building the next generation of brands.
